On July 5th, we hosted a networking event dedicated to the Tourism Industry in Azerbaijan. It was a fantastic occasion held at prestigious venue Oronero Terrace, JW Marriott Absheron, the hotel together with Hilton Baku, IHG Hotel, Four Seasons, Marxal Resort and Spa, Shabran Wellbeing Resort, Basqal Resort and Spa, and Hillside Wines generously contributed gifts for our raffle during the event.
Mr. Florian Sengstschmid, CEO of Azerbaijan Tourism Board, delivered a captivating speech, sharing valuable insights from the country's tourism industry. He also took the time to answer questions from our esteemed members.
In addition, Ms. Nargiz Hajiyeva from the British Council introduced an exciting development – the launch of the first Master of Science Dual Degree Program in Renewable Energy, offered in collaboration with ASOIU and the University of Warwick.
Furthermore, this gathering served as an opportunity to extend a warm welcome to our new BCCA Executive Director, Ms. Yana Slivka. We look forward to her contributions and support in our future endeavours.
